Hi Everyone!
I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving! I
can’t believe how fast time has gone by this year! Before we know it, it will
be New Years! I think that I’ll always love the Holidays, even with all the
crowds, long lines and a million things to do. Everyone is thinking of everyone
else. And that makes the holidays so nice. Not to mention all the goodies to
cook! So here’s a recipe to try!
Ingridients
3 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and allspice
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 cup light molasses
1 cup buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into Bunt Pan.
Mix in mixer until smooth
Bake 50 minutes.
Serve.
